He really hurt me..........I want to avenge....What do I do?

Two months ago,he raped me. He was my bf but he had earlier promised to wait til I wil be ready for sex. I dont know why he had to force me. I never told anyone,not even my parents or the police due to certain reasons. But the pains are still with me and my heart cries for vengance. I'm 18. I dont pick his calls again so he stopped calling. What do I do in revenge? Thanks.
