What if Caesar wasn't murdered?

If Caesar was not murdered, several big things would have happened. First of all, if he succeeded in taking Persia, and held it for a while (about 50 years), two major things would change today. First of all, many middle-eastern nations would have a trace of Latin in their languages. Also, the middle eastern people today would have traces of Italian ancestry. Finally, there is a big maybe. The fall of Rome was the beginning of a decline in human technology. If Rome had survived longer, it might have given us a technological burst forward. I might be writing this with my mind!
