If you died and your best friend/loved one tried to avenge you how would you feel?

i like to think there is some sort of justice in the world and that what goes around comes around. BUT i wouldn't want someone i had loved and cared about ending up in jail for murder etc. I would like to think the law would catch the perpetrator and the legal system would see there was justice.
