Termination of parental rights?

my ex and i and a baby girl now we havent been together since i was pregnant and he wants to voluntary relinquish his rights and i don't mind he isn't involved at all in her life in anyway. how we would go about this without going to court or getting attorneys involved. is there just a fast and simple way to just sign a paper and get it over with? we live in texas.
