Can i buy a homosexual?

ive heard of things being a thing called gay in slang term..and also heard it as homosexual? i want to study the stupidity of it. does any one know where i can buy one maybe from the states? i live on a island east of africa. would i need to travle to buy it or? can i get it shiped?
