Can you tell me what kind of visa do i need in this situation?

hello i met someone who own a restaurant and he accepted to hire me to work in his restaurant as a manager but the restaurant is in the usa and me in north africa and he said he will sponsor me to work in his restaurant so can you tell me what type or kind of a visa would i need to come to the usa and work there in the restaurant? thanks :) and what should i do to apply for it :)
