If Stalin joined Hitler?

Stalin did join Hitler, that's what the German Soviet nonaggression pact was all about. And if they declared an alliance, US wold still build an atomic bomb. The only difference would be that entire Moscow and Berlin would be ground zero. The people would finally overthrow Hitler and surrender. And the Royal Air Force controlled much of the sky above England so there was no way to use Ireland unless the Irish attacked themselves.
