Will Google Earth have street view in every single nation ?

Some countries have street view while others have no street view yet , most of North America and Europe as well as some parts of Asia . South America and Africa has no street view at all , I was wondering if they are any plans to cover the entire globe in the future , I really love street view , a really cool feature
